  • How do I gift a therapy session to a friend/family/loved one?

    You can gift a therapy session to a loved one by the following way –

    1. Find the Psychologist who works the best for your loved one’s needs.
    2. While booking the session with the Psychologist, choose the option “For Someone Else” and fill out the details of your loved one.
    3. You can pay for thier session and they will be directly contacted by the Psychologist of your choice.
  • While taking medications for betterment of your mental health is a great way to cope during difficult times. Psychologists CANNOT provide prescriptions for your medications. If you feel the need to take medications, you can speak to your psychologist and consult a Psychiatrist for a prescription.

    Usually it is seen that a Psychiatric medication works best with regular therapy sessions with psychologists, for working on your biological and behavioural concerns at the same time.

  • To book a session with a Psychologist –

    1. Click on “Find the Psychologist” tab
    2. Use the filter for finding a Psychologist best for your needs
    3. Go through the profile of Psychologists to know more about them
    4. When you find a Psychologist who works out best for your needs, book a session with them!

    You can even send them a message to have a conversation before the session!

  • For downloading your invoices for claiming your health insurance/send it to your organisation for reimburstment. You need to –

    1. Login to your Seeker account
    2. Click on “Invoices” option
    3. You can download any invoice based on your preferance and send it to the person in charge.
  • The following are modes of payment for booking sessions with your Psychologist –

    1. Credit Cards
    2. Debit Cards
    3. Netbanking
    4. UPI/ Wallets options
    5. Pay Later and EMI options
    6. International Currencies
  • Thank you for booking a session with our professional. Usually our professionals respond immidietely to a booking. If in a rare case this happens, you can do the following things –

    • Try to contact the professional using the chat option available at HEAL.

    We are here for you. The payment for your session will not be gone.

  • Although this is a debatable topic, Shivtensity believes that there is no difference in online and face to face therapy. All professionals  at our platform have added technology based therapy in their skillsets, especially after COVID pandemic.

    When it comes to feeling suicidal or having thoughts about suicide, talking to a professional and working towards coping with the current situation can help greatly. Hence it is highly recommended you try to come for therapy.
