  • What are the qualifications for a Psychologist to be a part of HEAL with Shivtensity?

    Since Psychology courses can be confusing to figure out. We have made a list of qualifications which are best for being a part of HEAL with Shivtensity –

    • Mphil or PhD in Clinical/Counselling Psychology


    • Masters in Clinical/Counselling Psychology


    • Masters in Psychology in addition to PG Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology

    If you have the degree of any of the above from a reputed college with in feild practical experience, we would be more than happy to work with you!


  • For downloading your invoices for Income Tax Return, you need to –

    1. Login to your Psychologist account
    2. Click on “Transactions and Invoices” and select “Invoices” option
    3. You can download any invoice based on your preferance and send it to your Chartered Accountant.
  • There are 2 ways a Psychologist is charged at HEAL –

    1. 15% commission on every session taken through the HEAL platform. This amount goes into the website maintainence, payment gateway commissions, international currency exchange etc.
    2. Prepaid Monlthy Price Plans starting from 199 Rupees. This amount goes into booking system, cloud storage for your digital office, SEO work for your profile/blogs, being part of the psychologist community amongst other booking functionality features.

  • Creating your profile at HEAL with Shivtensity is super easy task. It would take you approximately 30 min to make the entire profile which can go live instantly! Here is a quick checklist on all the things you have to do –

    • Did you sign up at ?
    • Did you add your Appointment slots? 
    • Did you add your list of Services you offer for your clients?
    • Did you add your Introduction for your clients?
    • Did you update your Profile Picture (lower than 5MB)?
    • Did you add pictures, videos, Certificates in the Media Gallery?
    • Did you add any brochure of your work at Useful Downloads?
    • Did you update your Amenities? (if you want to suggest more amenities, Iet us know)
    • Did you update your business hours? (only for Premium Plus/Diamond Members)
    • Did you add your work experience and educational background for your clients to see?
    • Did you update any social media links? (Not necessary if you’re not comfortable)
    • Did you add any team members who would help you in managing your calendar? (Optional)
